*The J-CREW Project is a joint initiative by the Japan Seamen's Union and the International Seafarers' Labor Association in May 2012 to actively convey to young people various information about ships and seafarers, focusing on the attractiveness of seafarers. This project was launched with the aim of supporting the securing of human resources for seafarers.
