Measures for commuting to and from school, classes, etc. during abnormal weather such as typhoons

In the event of abnormal weather such as a typhoon, we may take measures such as canceling classes to ensure the safety of students.
The criteria for canceling classes are as follows.

◆ We will inform you of the cancellation of the class by HP, email, etc.

* Classes may be canceled in advance, such as the day before, so we will notify you via HP, email, etc. in that case as well.
* Even if notifications such as HP and email are delayed due to sudden changes in weather conditions, the following handling will be applied.

[During normal daily routine]

  1. If the alarm is canceled by XNUMX am, classes will be held on the day as usual.If you are late, absent, or absent from class due to transportation interruption or delay, please submit the certificate issued by the transportation side.
  2. If the alarm is canceled between XNUMX am and XNUMX am, the class will be canceled in the morning and the class will be held in the afternoon.
  3. If the alarm is not cleared even at XNUMX am, all classes on the day will be cancelled.

  1. If the alarm is cleared by XNUMX am, the test will be conducted according to the timetable.
  2. If the alarm is not cleared after XNUMX am, or if the alarm is announced by the first period start time, the test will not be conducted on that day and will be conducted again at a later date.

  • Special alarm
  • Earthquake and tsunami warning
  • Storm warning
  • Heavy snow warning

* Excludes heavy rain warnings, flood warnings, wave warnings, and storm surge warnings.

◆ The warning is mainly assumed to be issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency to the entire Mie prefecture or Toba city.
The same applies when an alarm is announced in the municipality where the student lives and in the area corresponding to the school route.

◆ If it is difficult to go to school, such as when the school road is flooded, do not overdo it and ensure your safety.
