[Notice] Regarding internships for 2025


At our school, as part of the education for fourth-year students and first-year majors, we conduct "internships (off-campus training)" with the cooperation of people in the industry.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the acceptance of interns.

For details on applying for "off-campus training (internship)," please contact the office in charge of practical training.

 

◆ Please note that the training period is considered to be closed during the summer.

(1) Undergraduate students: From Saturday, August 8 to Tuesday, September 2
(Department of Commercial Shipping, Department of Information Mechanical Systems Engineering)

(2) Specialized Course: From Saturday, August 8 to Tuesday, September 2
(Marine Systems Major, Production Systems Engineering Major)

 

  1. If you are interested in accepting an internship, please fill out the following electronic form ("Internship Response Form").

  2. We will inform students about the institutions that can accept them, and if a student makes a request, the department in charge will contact the accepting institution.
    In addition, our school will send a student record (resume) or a resume / entry sheet designated by the institution to the institution.

  3. Please contact the department in charge of our school to confirm acceptance.
  4. If you accept the offer, the department in charge of our school will send you a written oath (written by the student), acceptance letter, and internship evaluation.

    After the training is completed, the person in charge of guidance is requested to fill it out and send it to the department in charge of our school.
  5. Start of training
    Upon completing their internship, students are required to prepare a report (internship-related report) and we ask that the internship supervisor sign the cover page of the report.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but if a student requests it, please check the contents and sign.
  6. After the training

Please prepare an evaluation report (using the above format) and send it to the Student Affairs Section.You can also send it by email
