*About the business related to the development of next-generation marine human resources
The XNUMX mercantile marine technical colleges are working on the "development of next-generation marine human resources" in order to respond to the social demand of training seafarers, which has been the mission since its establishment, and to respond to the new marine industry.
This project consists of public relations activities and human resource development projects. Public relations activities are aimed at fostering children's familiarity with the "sea" and providing opportunities to convey the appeal of maritime affairs and the ocean to elementary and secondary school children. We are developing our business with the aim of expanding the base of maritime human resources, and in our human resource development business, mercantile marine technical colleges and maritime-related organizations all over the country have formed a team to develop the next generation of maritime human resources. We are working on the development and implementation of an educational system for training.
