"Radio Day" Tokai General Communications Bureau Director's Award, Technical College Wireless IoT Contest 2020 Smart Fisheries Award Ceremony

 On June 2020th, XNUMXrd year of Reiwa, we held an award ceremony for the Tokai General Communications Bureau Director's Award and the Technical College Wireless IoT Contest XNUMX Smart Fisheries Award for "Radio Day".
 "Radio Day" Tokai General Communication Bureau Director's Award will be given by the Tokai General Communication Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications to individuals and groups that have contributed to the use of radio waves and the development of information and communication on "Radio Day" (6/1). The efforts to foster young researchers in radio waves and IoT who will lead the next generation through participation in our school's technical college wireless IoT contest, and to broaden the base of research on the development of radio wave utilization and IoT technology development have been highly evaluated. It will be commended for the year.
 In addition, new services of the radio wave business including wireless IoT and 5G in the region will be applied to the technical capabilities and original ideas of students raised in colleges that are training advanced engineers while being close to the region. At the "Technical College Wireless IoT Contest 2020" (sponsored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) held for the purpose of connecting to, the student team who participated from our school "visualized the algae field in Ise Bay using AI in collaboration with fishermen. Since we received the Smart Fisheries Award under the theme of "Conservation", we will be commended together with the Tokai General Communications Bureau Director's Award on "Radio Day".
 At the award ceremony, Director Oishi (Tokai General Communication Bureau) gave the Tokai General Communication Bureau Director's Award to Principal Izumi, and the National College of Technology Wireless IoT Contest 2020 Smart Fisheries Award was given to the team representative in the XNUMXth year of the Department of Control and Information Engineering.
