On Sunday, October XNUMX, the XNUMXrd Idea Confrontation / National College of Technology Robot Contest XNUMX Tokai Hokuriku District Tournament was held online for the first time in the history of Robocon.
This year's competition theme is "Hapi ☆ Robo Boast" (a contest to make a robot that makes someone happy and show off their brilliant performance).
Two teams participated from our school in the form of performing the robots made by each team that make someone happy from the activity place of each school.
Team A (Robocon Department) "Nyanso Daisenso" (Supervisor: Associate Professor Wakisaka, Department of Information and Mechanical Systems Engineering)
A team consisting of XNUMXst to XNUMXth graders of the Robocon club, "During the corona, the Robocon will not be held as usual. However, those who are watching the Robocon should want to see the hot battle between robots as usual. Although the scale is different, we want to show off the hot battle between robots within the range that we can do, and convey the excitement of Robocon and manufacturing! " The performance was shown, and the online venue and SNS were excited.
Team B (M3M4 creative experiment) "Anti-G strain Virus" (Supervisor: Professor Miyazaki, Department of Information Mechanical Systems Engineering)
In a demonstration by a fully automatic AGV that can play an active part in the manufacturing site in the corona wreck, we advanced to the final round and won a special prize (Yaskawa Electric) in the 5th place tie in the qualifying.As the manufacturing site of Corona is about to change drastically, the technological capabilities and ideas that represent new forms of things that make manufacturing happy were highly evaluated.
