第21回東海高等学校新人陸上競技選手権大会が、10/27(土)・28(日)の2日間、静岡県草薙総合運動場陸上競技場で開催され、本校から男子走高跳(東海4県の予選を勝ち抜いた24名がエントリー)に出場した畠田寛大君(電子機械工学科2年)が、1m90cmの記録で8位に入賞しました。

Hatada-kun of this season suffered from a breakdown of the left ankle of the railroad crossing foot, and although he could not get enough training, he improved his self-record from 1m83 to 2m00 and played an active part in each tournament.Fortunately, my ankle injury is healing, and after a short rest, I will start winter training with the aim of making a leap forward next season.
