About the implementation of distance learning from January

We would like to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the management of our school.

The number of people infected with the new coronavirus infection in Japan is increasing day by day, and the situation continues to be unpredictable.Our school has a large number of students in the area who are required to avoid unnecessary and unurgent movements.At our school, we have repeatedly examined and taken measures so that face-to-face lessons can be held until the end of the second semester.However, we judge that it is difficult to ensure the safety of students, and we will hold classes for the remaining two weeks in the second semester as distance classes.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to students and parents, and thank you for your understanding.

■Face-to-face lessons for majors after JanuaryThe lesson schedule will start from 1/7 without any change.

[Distance class (Teams) implementation period]

• January XNUMX (Wednesday) Special supplementary course day (all school meetings, HR, etc.)
  * Attendance will be held at 14:50 for each class.
• January XNUMXth (Thursday) -January XNUMXth (Wednesday) Distance learning according to the timetable
  * The closing ceremony will be held on 1/27 (Wednesday).
• January XNUMXth (Thursday) and XNUMXth (Friday) Special supplementary course days

* "Special supplementary class days" are days when classes are added when the required number of classes is insufficient due to changes in the timetable.

1. The final exams for the second semester and the final exams for the second semester will not be held, but the results of the study will be confirmed separately.
2. The credit examination (second semester course, year-round course) will be held face-to-face on campus from 2/8 (Monday) to 2/10 (Wednesday) as scheduled.
   * 2/10 is a spare day.
3. Details such as grades and attendance will be announced separately.
