At the "Technical College Deep Learning Contest" (DCON) held on August XNUMX, XNUMXnd year of Reiwa, two teams from our school participated in the final selection and ranked second (company evaluation value: XNUMX million yen, investment amount: XNUMX million yen). Yen, Konica Minolta Corporate Award and KDDI Corporate Award) and XNUMXth place (Corporate evaluation value: XNUMX million yen, Investment amount: XNUMX million yen).

　This DCON was held online, and we couldn't meet the participating students in person, so Yutaka Matsuo, the chairman of the DCON executive committee, visited our school on December XNUMX, XNUMXnd year of Reiwa, and the DCON participating students. He gave a lecture on encouragement, commendation ceremony and entrepreneurship.

　The students listened to Professor Matsuo's lecture, and lively discussions took place during the question and answer session.

　* DCON is a contest in which college students create works that utilize the "manufacturing technology" and "deep learning" that they have cultivated on a daily basis, and compete for the "business potential" created by those works at a corporate evaluation value.
