Ginga Maru set sail for Singapore

 On August 10, 27 (Thursday), the training ship "Ginga Maru" of the Japan Maritime Technical Education Organization (JMETS) set sail from the port of Tokyo to Singapore.Her ocean voyage to foreign lands was forced to be suspended due to the corona disaster, so Ginga Maru has resumed it for the first time in four years.XNUMX trainees from our school are also on board.
 At the departure ceremony, the trainees received instructions from the director of the Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the chairman of JMETS, and a greeting from the principal of our school as a representative of the school participating in the training. The Ginga Maru departed on an ocean voyage of about a month while receiving a farewell water spray from a fireboat.
