On Wednesday, August XNUMX, XNUMX, Captain Satoru Nakagawa of the Japan Captains' Association gave a lecture for first- and second-year students of the Department of Merchant Marine titled "Captain, Returning to Alma mater".At the beginning of the lecture, we received a greeting from the principal of our school.After that, he talked about the attractiveness of seafarers, and when he touched on the future of ships, there was a stimulating scene where the students roared.Captain Nakagawa is a graduate of our school, so I think the students felt familiar with him.Also, his message to his juniors was strong, and I think that the students received good advice on becoming a seafarer.
