　The Toba National College of Technology Collaborative Cooperation Association further promotes technical exchanges and collaborative projects with companies, develops human resources who can play an active role in society, contributes to the development of the local community, and promotes education and research at the Toba National College of Technology. 　This year's general meeting was held in a hybrid format, with 29 participants participating online and 17 participants face-to-face.
