On December 12th (Friday), we held a "Marine Career Education Seminar" for 16st to 1rd year students of the Department of Merchant Marine as part of our "Development of next-generation maritime human resources" project.In this seminar, we invited two lecturers from the International Seafarers' Labor Association, a navigator and an engineer, to give a lecture titled "Attractiveness of being a maritime engineer and what you should do during your school days."The lecture included the career of the lecturer, who is an active seafarer, and what he should do while in school. had.As a result, the seminar was a very successful one, far exceeding the scheduled lecture time.Furthermore, even after the lecture, students who were unable to ask questions waited in line to ask the lecturer questions, but all of these were handled with care.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the lecturers of the International Seafarers' Labor Association.
