Mr. Masashi Oyabu was based on his own idea, which he was doing in his graduation research in the Department of Commercial Shipping.My major is the research on the analysis of the characteristics of NAVTEX's English telegrams.While attending school, I joined the co-authors of our school's teachers and worked in various fields.I worked on sentence analysis and construction of an automatic processing system.
