The library is said to be "a facility that collects, organizes, and stores books, records, and other necessary materials, makes them available to the general public, and contributes to their education, research, and recreation."
The library's philosophy is "to provide people with intellectual heritage and information systematically and permanently, to enrich the lives and hearts of each person, and to contribute to the development and happiness of society." We believe that the social role of the library as a place for people to play is extremely important.
For that purpose, it is necessary to always stand on the side of the user and respond to the needs of the user to obtain the support of the user, and all library staff should maintain and improve the service with a sense of purpose. We believe that always maintaining a "heart of service" for users will "really make users happy and satisfied, and with that joy, they will use it again."
Ranganatan, an Indian librarian, has expressed the "Five Principles of Library Science" as a norm for library services.

1. Books are for use.
Books are for use
2. All readers have their own books
Every reader his or her books
3. All books have their readers
Every book is reader
4. Save time for library users
Save the time of the reader
5. The library is a growing organism
A library is a growing organism

We, the library staff, have this word as our philosophy and strive every day to help everyone who uses the library.
We look forward to your visit.
